X fluorescence calcium iron analyzer is a microcomputerized desktop instrument using pure physical analysis method. It is used in cement plants. It can quickly analyze the percentage content of CaO and Fe2O3 in white raw meal, all black or semi-black raw meal, clinker and cement of rotary kiln manufacturers in rotary kiln, mechanical kiln and decomposing rotary kiln outside the kiln in 30 seconds, and provide data for ingredient composition control in time. Due to its fast analysis speed (30 seconds), it can monitor the change of ingredients in the production process in real time, facilitate timely adjustment of raw material ratio, and lay a solid foundation for the production of qualified clinker and cement. At the same time, it can be used to analyze the percentage content of CaO and Fe2O3 in limestone, clay, iron powder, fly ash, coal gangue, adobe and other mixed materials, and provide quality data for incoming raw materials.
