Multi-element analyzer
A multi-element analyzer is an analytical instrument used to synchronously or rapidly determine the composition of multiple elements in a sample. It is mainly used in metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry, ceramics, geological exploration and environmental monitoring. It can quantitatively analyze more than 20 elements such as carbon, sulfur, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, copper, titanium, etc. in various materials such as plain carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, ores, etc. The instrument conforms to relevant national standards and has intelligent calibration and data processing functions. It is commonly designed in desktop and portable to meet the different needs of rapid detection in laboratories and on-site.
Adopt brand computer microcomputer control, the operation interface is full Chinese menu, equipped with desktop printer for output results.
The instrument uses computer and microcontroller technology for program control and data processing, and is used to determine the mass fraction of various elements in steel and non-ferrous metals. It is equipped with automated operation and quantitative liquid addition functions. The sample dosage is small, which helps to improve the analysis accuracy. The measurement results can be directly displayed and printed.
The instrument adopts cold light source technology and imported optoelectronic components, with self-calibrating zero point and full degree functions.
Support electronic balance online weighing function, sample weight can be automatically read by computer or manually input.
The instrument is equipped with three main channels, each of which contains thirty sub-channels, which can store a corresponding number of working curves, and the number of channels can be expanded as needed.
By changing the cold light source of different wavelengths and adjusting the preset potentiometer, the variety and content range of measuring elements can be expanded. The sample dissolves outside the machine, and the valve and pipe parts are reduced during the operation process.
Some new models use full-process software control to achieve automatic zero adjustment, linear deviation correction, and automatic data processing and storage, eliminating the mechanical zero adjustment device.
Some models have more independent measurement channels, each channel can store multiple working curves, and support multi-element simultaneous measurement and batch sample continuous processing.
The instrument can detect dozens of elements in steel, non-ferrous metals, ores, ceramics and other materials, and the detection limit of some elements can reach 0.001%. The instrument adopts new sensors, microcomputer technology and anti-interference design, and the measurement accuracy meets relevant national standards. The instrument based on the principle of X-ray fluorescence analysis does not require or only requires a small amount of chemical reagents on some models, no three waste emissions, no radioactive sources, and low power consumption
