The use of thermal balance, thermogravimetric analysis technology, and the use of empty crucible correction in the same atmosphere environment ensure accurate weighing, and solve the technical problems of pipeline working mode, empty crucible correction is invalid, and the crucible temperatures are different one after another, and the weighing is inaccurate.
With a silent air pump, experiments can be carried out without oxygen or nitrogen, which solves the problem of high noise and physical and mental health caused by the use of compressor pumping.
The circular well-shaped high temperature furnace has a more uniform and stable temperature distribution, which solves the technical problem of uneven and unstable temperature caused by frequent opening of the furnace door in the assembly line.

It can be seen that the test results must meet the requirements of the arbitration law, and the test time cannot be less than 120min; just because the ash test must be heated from below 100 ° C, the ash test cannot be carried out in an assembly line operation, and the same furnace cannot do one sample at a time.
