Portable coal sampler, applicable scope:

    It is especially suitable for random sampling of samples in assays and tests in industries such as electric power, coal, chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials, and geology that do not have mechanized sampling equipment or are inconvenient for mechanized sampling.

Portable coal sampler, working principle:

    The sampler is composed of a motor, a sampling spiral and a sampling cylinder. When sampling, select the sampling point and press the power switch, the sample will be continuously excluded. Full-section sampling can collect all the samples, and only a certain section of the sample can be collected to complete the sampling work at a certain depth. After the sampling is completed, release the power switch and take out the sampler. Use the motor to drive the rotary drill bit to continuously spin out the coal from bottom to top. When it reaches the required depth, stop drilling. After the coal in the barrel is drained, put on the connecting barrel or the coal sample collection bag, and then continue to drill down to collect coal samples. After collecting the required weight of coal samples, drain the remaining coal in the tube and extract the sampler.
