Single tank flotation machine
Laboratory flotation machine is suitable for the selection of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, and can also be used for the selection of non-metals such as: coal and talc. Performance characteristics of single tank flotation machine:
1. Single-slot flotation machine has large suction capacity and low power consumption.
2. Each tank of the single-tank flotation machine has the triple functions of suction, pulp suction and flotation, forming its own flotation circuit without any auxiliary equipment. Horizontal configuration makes it easy to change the process.
3. The pulp circulation is reasonable, which can minimize coarse sand precipitation. Equipped with an automatic control device for pulp surface, easy adjustment.
4. The impeller of the single-slot flotation machine has a backward-tilting upper and lower blades. The upper blade of the mine single-slot flotation machine produces pulp up circulation, and the lower blade produces pulp down circulation.
Working principle of single tank flotation machine:
The single-tank flotation machine (mine single-tank flotation machine) is driven by a motor triangular transmission to rotate the impeller, generating centrifugal action to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, sufficient air is inhaled to mix with the pulp, on the other hand, the pulp is stirred to mix with the drug, and at the same time, the foam is refined, so that the minerals are bonded to the foam and float to the pulp surface to form mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the gate and control the liquid level to make the useful foam scraped out by the scraper
