Industrial briquette falling intensity tester
The industrial briquette falling strength tester is used to determine the crushing strength of industrial briquette. The product is designed and manufactured according to the coal industry standard MT/T925-2004 "Method for Determination of Industrial Briquette Falling Strength" and with reference to the national standard GB/T15459-1995 "Method for Determination of Coal Crush Strength".
According to the provisions of MT/T 915, briquette samples are taken, and then according to the provisions of MT/T 916, 6kg of briquette samples are separated by long-strip method, of which no less than 60 are basically intact and crack-free, so that the samples reach an air-dried state. After removing the incomplete and cracked briquette, the remaining samples of briquette are divided into 10 equal-area small pieces according to the regulations, and a total of 10 briquette are randomly taken from each small piece as a sample. 10 more are taken as another sample by the same method.
Weigh the mass of a sample, weigh it accurately to 1g, and drop the sample freely one by one from a height of 2M on the test stand to the steel plate. After falling, sieve out the briquettes with a particle size greater than 13mm. Fall and sieve 3 times according to the same method. After each briquettes fall, the falling position should be cleaned, and then the next test of briquettes falling. Weigh the mass of the briquettes with a particle size greater than 13mm after the third sieving, and weigh it accurately to 1g. Calculate according to the calculation method formulated by the standard to obtain the value of the falling strength of the briquettes.
The instrument is composed of a steel plate, a frame, a marking rod, a positioning wheel, a falling device, etc. The sampled coal block is placed in the material tray, and the button is pressed to automatically raise the instrument. After reaching the specified height, the lifting stops, the material tray automatically falls, and the coal block falls into the steel plate frame. Operate according to the number of falls required by the standard.
The instrument is accurate and easy to operate, and is a special instrument for measuring the intensity of coal falling.
