Experimental steps of microcomputer automatic sulfur measuring instrument
1. Turn on the power supply of the host, click the desktop icon of the microcomputer, you can enter the interface of the sulfur detector, and the temperature will automatically rise to the set temperature
2. When the temperature rises to the set temperature, add the configured electrolyte to the electrolytic cell, turn on the air pump, check the air tightness, adjust the air flow to about 1.0, and adjust the stirring speed to the appropriate speed.
3. Enter the relevant information in the "User Information Settings" and make 1-2 waste samples (balanced electrolyte) first. Weigh a coal sample of about 50.0 mg on the porcelain boat, cover it with a layer of tungsten trioxide, put the porcelain boat into the quartz boat, enter the weight of the coal sample, press the "Start Start" button, the machine will automatically send the sample, and the experimental process will be automatically controlled by the microcomputer. After the experiment, the printer will print out the results, and when the measured sulfur value is not zero, an official coal sample can be made.
4. Weigh the sample to be tested in the porcelain boat with a balance (weighed to 50mg ± 0.2mg), cover it with a layer of tungsten trioxide, put the porcelain boat into the quartz boat, enter the sample number, coal sample weight and moisture value, press the "Start Start" button, the machine will automatically send the sample, and the experimental process will be automatically controlled by the microcomputer. After the experiment, the printer will print out the results.
5. The test is carried out continuously. If the interval is long (more than 15 minutes), a waste sample needs to be burned before the formal test.
6. After the test is completed, the air pump and agitator should be turned off first, then the power switch should be turned off, and the microcomputer sulfur meter program should be exited.
