XPZ series roll crusher

     The roll crusher is mainly used for the crushing and fine crushing of raw materials. Such as coal, coal gangue, coke, limestone, sulfur ore, phosphate rock and other materials are crushed. The crushing method is the roll extrusion type. The crushed material should be brittle, and the crushed material is mostly in regular flake shape. The compressive strength of the crushed material does not exceed 60MPa and the hardness of grade 3. If the water content of the material exceeds 6%, particle bonding will occur.

Roller crusher, working principle and structural characteristics:

1. The machine crushing system is equipped with a pair of opposite rotating pressure rollers. During operation, the material is fed into the hopper quantitatively and tangentially into the middle of the roller. The material is crushed, and the crushed material enters the bottom hopper of the machine. The crushing process is completed.

2. The particle size is achieved by adjusting the gap between the rollers, which is easy and convenient. The rollers are carbon-bonded steel heat-treated with medium hardness.

3. This machine is designed with reasonable structure, convenient maintenance and simple operation. Sealed design, no pollution. It is widely used in sampling and testing in coal, coking, mining, metal smelting and other industries.
