The crushing method is curved extrusion type, relying on two wear-resistant jaw plates to crush the material, the crushed material should be brittle, the crushed material is mostly flaky in shape, and the overall design is reasonable; the structure is compact, and the cleaning is very convenient. It increases the thickness of the raw material, the sample preparation speed is fast, the production efficiency is high, the sealing function is added, there is no dust leakage, the performance is stable, the noise is low, and the working environment and conditions of the sample preparation are improved. Functional features:
The crushing system of this machine adopts the crushing principle of curved extrusion. The material is crushed by two wear-resistant jaw plates. The crushed material should be brittle, and the shape of the crushed material is mostly flaky. The maximum particle size of the crushed material should be less than 10-20 mm of the inlet.
Crushing mechanism: When the motor is started, the crankshaft rotates through the triangular belt, and the movable jaw connected to the shaft swings. The movable and static jaw plates crush the material to achieve the purpose of crushing. In order to increase the crushing force and inertia, the other end of the shaft is equipped with a flywheel. The crushed material enters the shrinking mechanism.
Shrinkage mechanism: The shrinkage system is composed of a quarter and a two-component. The shrinkage divider reciprocates horizontally to cut the material. The grid groove of the shrinkage divider discharges the material in two directions, and further divides the cut material, so that one part is collected and the other part is discarded. The machine is designed to shrink the ratio of 1/8. In this way, several points are regularly taken in different parts of the material, so that the prepared samples can represent the quality of all the materials entering the machine.
