The coke drum front grouping mechanical sieve is mainly used for metallurgical coking at all levels of composition (25~ 40mm, 40~ 60mm, 60~ 80mm, > 80mm) and the determination of coke powder content. When using, the material is poured into the mechanical sieve hopper. Under the action of vibration force, the material passes through the first sieve plate. The material larger than the sieve hole flows out from the discharge dustpan. The material smaller than the sieve hole falls into the second sieve plate for further classification. It works like this until the material passes through the four sieves and reaches the five-level grading effect. It can replace the manual sieve and achieve the ideal equipment to reduce labor intensity, improve the detection accuracy of coke powder content, and eliminate human errors. The mechanical sieve adopts an optimized design to make it compact in structure, easy to operate and reliable in operation. Its technical performance has reached the requirements of GB/T 2005-94.

      The machine is composed of a frame, a power part, a deceleration part, a shock absorption part, and a screening part. The frame is welded from a variety of sections of steel, which mainly plays the role of supporting various components. When the power is turned on, the motor rotates and drives the flywheel with a weighting mechanism through the triangular belt. Due to the role of the weighting mechanism, the screen body works with the designed amplitude and exciting force, and the material completes the grouping screening process in vibration. According to the needs of the work, the machine can work continuously.

In order to stabilize the machine, improve the excitation force, reduce the damage caused by the excitation force, and control the noise, the machine is designed with a shock absorption mechanism.

The screening part is designed as four-layer five-stage sieve plate, all sieve plates are square holes, the upper layer is 80 × 80 mm, the second layer is 60 × 60 mm, the third layer is 40 × 40 mm, and the fourth layer is 25 × 25 mm. The sieve body is welded from high-quality steel plate.
