技术特点

The control part is designed by PLC, and the selected hardware, such as gas flow, is measured and controlled by mass flow controller, which not only provides accurate and reliable flow, but also allows the computer to display it at any time. Temperature is automatically controlled by the computer, and the program is arbitrarily given. Temperature control methods include open-loop step-by-step, closed-loop automatic, etc.

3. Temperature transmitters, all using two-wire solid-state modules, automatically compensate for temperature and linearize.

4. This coal quality analysis and testing instrument can simulate the entire test process to check whether the system is in good condition.

5. The system enters the test state and automatically starts the test ventilation system to eliminate indoor OO gas, prevent the poisoning of the tester, and ensure indoor air circulation.

6. Connect the computer to display the temperature curve and gas flow curve from time to time; there is an alarm function for insufficient CO2 flow.

7. With over-temperature alarm function, the power will be automatically cut off after overheating to prevent thyristor breakdown, galvanic couple damage, signal interference, etc. from causing the electric furnace to burn out or the reactor to melt.
