Instrument introduction

This instrument is a special testing equipment for measuring surface tension, interfacial tension and liquid density. It strictly meets the requirements of many national and international standards and can be widely used in the detection of relevant indicators of petroleum products, surfactants, natural latex and other samples. Specific compliance standards include: GB6541-1986 "Petroleum product oil-to-water interfacial tension determination method" (ring method), GB/T22237-2008 "Surfactant, surface tension determination", GB18396-2001 "Natural rubber latex ring method for determination of surface tension", ISO 6295-1983 "Petroleum products, mineral lubricating oils, oil-to-water interfacial tension determination, ring method", etc.

Instrument principle

The core of this instrument adopts two classic measurement principles of platinum ring method and platinum plate method. Based on the mechanical measurement method of surface tension, the tension signal of platinum ring or platinum plate in contact with the sample liquid surface is captured by a high-precision sensor, which is accurately calculated by the system and converted into surface/interfacial tension value. Liquid density measurement adopts high-precision density sensing technology combined with a constant temperature control module to ensure the accuracy of density measurement. The constant temperature device uses a closed-loop temperature control system to stabilize and maintain the temperature required for sample testing, providing a stable environment for various index detection and ensuring the reliability and repeatability of measurement data.
