Infrared oil meter
Infrared oil measuring instrument is a detection instrument based on infrared spectrophotometry, which is mainly used to measure the total oil, petroleum and animal and vegetable oil content in water.
Its application fields cover environmental monitoring (surface water, groundwater, sewage), industrial wastewater treatment (petrochemical, metallurgy), food processing industry (edible oil impurity detection) and emergency law enforcement monitoring.
The instrument uses infrared light sources and detectors to measure the characteristic absorption peaks of oil substances in the wavelength range of 3400-2400 cm.
The fully automatic model integrates reagent addition, extraction, separation and measurement functions, and is designed in a portable manner with a trolley case structure and a long-life battery.
The core parameters include detection limit of 0.02mg/L, measurement range of 0-96000mg/L, support for USB data interface and remote transmission function.
Some models have a built-in automatic calibration system and are equipped with a waste gas and liquid collection device for environmentally friendly operation.
