Preparation before operation
Before operating the calorimeter, make sure that the equipment is in good condition. Check whether the appearance of the calorimeter is damaged, whether the power connection is stable, and the components are connected tightly without loosening. At the same time, prepare the sample to be tested to ensure that the sample meets the test requirements, such as granularity, dryness, etc., to avoid sample problems affecting the test results.
Instrument calibration
Calibration is the key to ensure the accurate measurement of the calorimeter. Turn on the calorimeter, and after the instrument is stable, use the standard material for calibration according to the requirements of the instructions. During the calibration process, strictly follow the operation steps to record the calibration data. If the data deviation exceeds the allowable range, it needs to be recalibrated until the instrument reaches the specified accuracy.
III. Sample testing
After accurately weighing the processed sample, place it in the sample pool of the calorimeter. Close the cover of the instrument to ensure a good seal to prevent heat loss. Set the test parameters, such as test temperature, heating rate, etc., and start the test program. During the test, closely observe the operating status of the instrument and record key data, such as temperature changes, heat release, etc.
IV. Data recording and processing
After the test is completed, record the test data in time. Organize and analyze the data, and calculate relevant indicators such as calorific value according to the test requirements. If there is any abnormality in the data, analyze the cause and re-test if necessary to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data.
Instrument maintenance
After the operation, clean and maintain the calorimeter. Clean the sample residue, wipe the surface of the instrument, and keep the instrument clean and tidy. Regularly check and maintain the instrument, such as replacing wearing parts, calibrating instruments, etc., to prolong the service life of the instrument and ensure the smooth progress of the test work.
