1. 2. 3. The calibration accuracy is affected: the calibration of the calorimeter relies on a stable ambient temperature, which fluctuates greatly in summer. During the calibration process, the environmental conditions are unstable, which will cause deviations in the calibration results, and the reliability of all subsequent measurement data will be greatly reduced.

To ensure the accurate use of the calorimeter in summer, these measures must be implemented

1. Control the working environment temperature: Place the calorimeter in a constant temperature laboratory, and stabilize the ambient temperature within the range specified in the instrument manual through air conditioning and other equipment to avoid direct sunlight on the instrument and reduce the direct impact of the ambient temperature on the instrument.

2. Strengthen the heat dissipation management of the instrument: Regularly check the heat dissipation system of the calorimeter, clean the dust of the cooling fan and the heat dissipation hole, and ensure that the heat dissipation channel is unobstructed to prevent the internal heat accumulation of the instrument due to high temperature, which will affect the normal operation.

3. Increase the calibration frequency: In summer, the calibration frequency of the calorimeter can be appropriately increased, and the basic calibration should be carried out before each use. If the ambient temperature fluctuates greatly, calibration should be interspersed during the measurement process to correct the errors caused by temperature changes in time.

4. Do a good job in the daily maintenance of the instrument: regularly conduct a comprehensive inspection of the calorimeter, pay attention to the temperature changes of the core components, and check and deal with any abnormalities in a timely manner. At the same time, clean and maintain the instrument to avoid dust affecting heat dissipation and component performance.

As long as the principle of influence is clarified and targeted protection and calibration measures are implemented, the interference caused by high temperatures can be effectively reduced, and the measurement accuracy and stable operation of the calorimeter can be guaranteed.
