Oxygen in the calorimeter is a key prerequisite for ensuring the accurate operation of the instrument. Standardized operation can not only improve the accuracy of the detection data, but also ensure the safety of the operation. The following are the detailed steps:

I. Preparation

First check the pressure of the oxygen cylinder to ensure that the pressure in the bottle is sufficient and the pressure gauge pointer is within the normal range. At the same time, check whether the oxygen interface and pipeline of the calorimeter are in good condition, whether there is aging, damage or blockage. Prepare the pressure reducing valve, special oxygen connecting pipe and other accessories to ensure that the accessories are suitable for the calorimeter.

Second, oxygen cylinder connection

Install the pressure reducing valve firmly at the outlet of the oxygen cylinder, and pay attention to the strength when tightening to avoid excessive force damaging the interface. Connect one end of the connecting pipe to the air outlet of the pressure reducing valve, and align the other end with the oxygen inlet of the calorimeter. Slowly tighten the connecting pipe joint to ensure that the connection is tight and there is no leakage. You can gently pull the connecting pipe by hand to confirm that it will not fall off.

Pipeline inspection and pressure test

After the connection is completed, slowly open the oxygen cylinder valve, observe the pressure gauge of the pressure reducing valve, and adjust the pressure to the working pressure specified by the calorimeter. Close the intake valve of the calorimeter and apply soapy water to the joints. If there are no bubbles, it means there is no leakage. If there are bubbles, re-tighten the joints until there is no leakage.

IV. Final commissioning

After confirming that there is no leakage in the pipeline, open the intake valve of the calorimeter to allow oxygen to slowly enter the inside of the instrument. After the pressure stabilizes, observe whether the instrument shows normal. After confirming that the oxygen supply is stable, follow-up testing operations can be carried out.

Attention: Keep away from the fire source throughout the operation, maintain ventilation, and close the oxygen cylinder valve in time after the operation is completed to ensure safety.
