Preparation
Before replacing the calorimeter stirring, make preparations. Make sure the calorimeter is in a power-off state to avoid the danger of electric shock during operation. Prepare suitable screwdrivers, wrenches and other tools, as well as new stirring devices, and check whether the specifications of the new stirring device match the calorimeter to ensure a smooth replacement.
Disassemble the old mixing device
1. Open the instrument case: Using a screwdriver, carefully unscrew the fixing screws of the calorimeter case, and place the screws in the correct order to prevent loss. Gently open the case to expose the internal structure and find the location of the stirring device.
2. Disconnect the connecting parts: Observe the connection method between the stirring device and other parts. It may be a screw fix or a line connection. If the screw is fixed, use a wrench to unscrew the screw; if the line is connected, unplug the connecting plug first, and be careful not to pull hard to avoid damage to the line.
3. Remove the old stirring: After ensuring that all connections are disconnected, gently remove the old stirring device from the installation position to avoid colliding with other precision components and prevent damage to the instrument.

Installation of a new mixing plant
1. Install new stirring: Align the new stirring device with the installation position and put it in smoothly to ensure that the installation is firm and there is no loosening.
2. Connecting parts: Reconnect the stirring device with other parts in the reverse order when disassembling. If the screws are fixed, tighten the screws; if the lines are connected, insert the plug accurately into the corresponding interface to ensure a stable connection.
3. Close the instrument housing: reset the calorimeter housing, and tighten the fixing screws with a screwdriver to close the housing tightly.
Testing and debugging
After the installation is completed, turn on the power supply of the calorimeter, start the instrument, and observe the operation of the stirring device. Check whether the stirring is smooth and there is no abnormal noise. If it works normally, it means that the replacement is successful; if there is a problem, check the installation steps again to troubleshoot.
