Automatic belt sampling machine
After the sampler in the middle of the belt is started, the motor is decelerated through the gear reducer to drive the circular rotation of the rotating arm shaft, so that the sampling head at the front end of the rotating arm can sample the material on the belt in full section.
Main working system:
1. Sampling time control system: In addition to the basic control circuit, it is mainly composed of time relays. There are two sets of time on the time relays, each group consists of two digits and a time unit. The digital adjustment range is 0-999, and the time units are 0.1 seconds (0.1S), seconds (S), 0.1 minutes (0.1M), minutes (M), 0.1 hours (0.1H), and hours (H) respectively. * Group is a single sampling time, and the adjustment range is 0.1 seconds - 999 hours, which controls the sampling time each time. The second group is the delayed start time and the time between two samples. The adjustment range is 0.1 seconds - 999 hours. It controls the delayed start time of the machine after startup, and at the same time controls the interval between two samples. It takes about 1.46 seconds for the sampling head to rotate once. With the factor of the positioning system, the rotation circle should be set to 0.7 seconds, and each additional circle should be increased by 1.46 seconds. The sampling control system is controlled by the switch button on the panel and the central control interlock.
2. Positioning system: Since the sampling head is in circular motion, when it stops, it is possible to stop on the top of the belt, causing wear and even damage to the belt and the sampling head. The function of the positioning system is to prevent the sampling head from stopping on the belt. The system is mainly composed of sensors installed in front of the gear reducer, induction plate and a set of relays in the control box. The positioning system is not controlled by the switch button on the panel and the central control chain. As long as the control box is powered on, the system starts to work. Whenever it detects that the position of the sampling head is on the belt, it automatically turns on the motor and stops when the sampling head is turned outside the belt. During the sampling time, the positioning system is in a locked state and will not be triggered. After the sampling time stops, the positioning system is automatically triggered.
3. Central control chain system; mainly accepts the start and stop signals of the central control room or main equipment, so that the machine automatically starts and stops. After the machine switches to the automatic start and stop of the central control chain, the switch button on the panel automatically fails. In the working state of the central control chain, if you need to stop urgently, please pull the circuit breaker directly.
4. Motor basic circuit: composed of circuit breakers, AC contactors, thermal relays, etc.
