     The fully sealed hammer crusher is mainly composed of organism, rotor system, hammer head, sieve grate, transmission device, power part, etc. The body adopts two structural forms, one is whole casting, and the other is high-quality steel plate welding. It mainly gathers materials in the body for hammer hitting to achieve the purpose of crushing.

     The rotor is assembled from a spindle, a garden plate, a hammer head, etc. When the motor drives the rotor through the pulley, the hammer head rotates at a high speed, generating a strong impact force, and the material enters the rotor hammer head strike belt and is crushed. When the crushed material reaches the required particle size, it falls into the silo. The size of the particle size is controlled by the size of the grate. The size of the output is also proportional to the grate hole.

     The feed hopper of the small sealed hammer crusher is also equipped with a manually controlled feed gate. Avoid dust generated by high-speed rotation. In order to improve the impact force, the large and medium-sized hammer crusher is also equipped with a flywheel for energy storage.
