The high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer is a high-frequency induction furnace with combustion and infrared carbon and sulfur analysis system, which can quickly and accurately determine the carbon and sulfur content of ordinary carbon steel, high and medium low alloy steel, raw cast iron, gray cast iron, ductile iron, alloy cast iron, various ferroalloys, ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, ferronickel, lithium iron, ferrochrome, rare earth metals, coke, coal, slag, catalyst, ore and other materials. The product adopts international advanced technology and is a high-tech product integrating optoelectronic, computer and analytical technology. 


Main features:

1. High-frequency induction combustion furnace:

1) Combustion system: power 2.5KVA-3.5KVA (adjustable current/power, adjust furnace temperature, suitable for samples of different materials), oscillation frequency 20MHz.

2) Oscillation system: Self-excited directional coupler power feedback oscillation, 7.5KVA high-frequency power tube, military-grade product ceramic tube and ceramic vacuum capacitor are used to reduce the load of high-frequency combustion system, improve service life, ensure consistent output power, and make the sample fully burned.

3) Stability system: high-precision electronic flow controller to ensure the air flow stability of the gas system; automatic leak detection, outdated, overcurrent alarm; automatic detection of solenoid valves, lifting cylinders and high-frequency working conditions, the key components of the whole machine are imported devices, ensuring the stability and high quality of the instrument.

4) Dust removal system: 0.4 micron ultra-microporous metal filter is used to ensure complete separation of dust and gas. Automatic cleaning of the burner can reduce the influence of dust on the analysis results. 

5) Ash removal system: high-pressure ash removal, complete removal of pipeline dust and collection through ash collection device, without polluting the environment.

2. Infrared detector:

1) Modulation motor: high-precision aviation-specific synchronous motor, good thermal stability, continuous service life 100,000 hours.

2) Analysis cell: Gold-plated carbon-sulfur analysis cell and high-sensitivity, high-stability, high-precision, low-noise, anti-interference lithium tantalate pyroelectric infrared detector; equipped with dual carbon cell (according to user needs) automatic switching. 

3) Light source: a special new platinum infrared light source with continuous heating and high spectral efficiency.

4) Power supply: military-grade integrated linear module power supply, with stable output and no faults.

3. Operational analysis software:

1) Operating software: Windows full Chinese operating interface, with a flexible Windows operating system, dynamically displays the real-time data and carbon-sulfur release curves during the analysis process, making it easy to operate and master.

2) Advanced technology: Our company uses advanced PCI data collection card (system), which has fast communication speed between computer and peripherals (264MB/s). The A/D conversion sampling rate is high 400KS/S, and the real-time strength of the system allows the computer to have enough time to optimize the read data and completely solve the phenomenon of bit error interference and crash. At the same time, the measurement accuracy of the instrument has also been significantly improved.

At present, most domestic infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer manufacturers use outdated RS-232 (or 485) serial communication methods for upper and lower computers, resulting in slow communication speed, poor anti-interference ability, and easy error interference during use.

3) Novel software: Provide channel selection, parameter setting, breakpoint data, coefficient correction, curve reappearance, parameter management, switch diagnosis, blank correction and other functions. The generation of carbon-sulfur working curves and curve fitting can be realized in the software.

4) Analysis channels: Provide channel management function, analyzing carbon and sulfur elements each with 16 channels, a total of 32 channels. Users can choose arbitrarily according to the high, medium and low material content, add, delete and edit by themselves, with a wide selection range. 

5) Storage function: The analysis results are stored in the ACCESS database, which can store all the data and curves of each analysis of carbon and sulfur; the analysis results can be queried at will, and can be queried according to time, operator, sample name identification, and other aspects.

6) Printing function: The printing mode is diverse, and the printing format can be designed by yourself.
