Preparation
Before replacing the parts of the calorimeter, be sure to turn off the power of the instrument to ensure safe operation. Prepare the required replacement parts, such as oxygen bombs, electrodes, etc., and prepare suitable tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, etc., and clean the operation area to avoid debris affecting the operation.

Replace the oxygen bomb
The oxygen bomb is one of the key components of the calorimeter. First unscrew the fixing screw on the oxygen bomb and gently remove the old oxygen bomb. When installing the SoYoung bomb, carefully align the interface to ensure that the installation is firm, and then tighten the screws. After the installation is completed, check the tightness of the oxygen bomb, which can be confirmed by observing whether there is any air leakage after oxygenation.
Replace electrodes
If the electrode is damaged, it will affect the measurement accuracy of the calorimeter. Disconnect the connection line of the electrode first, use a screwdriver to unscrew the screw fixing the electrode, and remove the old electrode. When installing the new electrode, pay attention to the position and angle of the electrode, ensure accurate docking with the measurement system, and tighten the screws to reconnect the circuit.
Commissioning after replacement
After replacing the parts, debug the calorimeter. Turn on the power supply, check whether the parameters of the instrument are normal, and conduct several blank tests and calibration tests to ensure the measurement accuracy and stability of the calorimeter. If any abnormalities are found, check the cause and deal with them in time.
Mastering the replacement method of the calorimeter can effectively ensure the normal operation of the instrument and provide strong support for accurate measurement. Follow the above steps to successfully complete the replacement of the calorimeter parts.
