At the same time, check whether the equipment packaging is in good condition, and count the accessories according to the list to ensure that the main engine, oxygen bomb, ignition device, etc. are not missing or damaged. In addition, prepare installation tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers, as well as auxiliary materials such as distilled water and oxygen cylinders.

Commissioning and calibration operations

Then carry out heat capacity calibration, test with standard benzoic acid, ignite and record data according to the operating specifications, and adjust the equipment parameters according to the results until the heat capacity value is stable within the specified error range. At the same time, check the ignition wire length, oxygen bomb oxygenation pressure and other parameters to ensure that it meets the experimental requirements.

Post-installation inspection and finishing

After the installation and debugging are completed, fully check again whether the equipment connection is stable and whether there is any abnormal sound in the operation of each component. Clean up the installation site, organize tools and remaining materials. Finally, record the installation process, debugging data and other information in detail to provide a basis for subsequent use and maintenance.
