Equipment hardware failure

Excessive temperature fluctuations and unstable ambient temperature can affect the thermal balance of the calorimeter, lead to deviations in measurement results, and even cause the equipment to automatically interrupt protection. Excessive humidity and excessive ambient humidity may cause the internal circuit of the instrument to become damp, short circuit, poor contact and other problems, which may lead to equipment failure and interruption. At the same time, electromagnetic interference, the existence of strong electromagnetic fields around the laboratory will interfere with the electronic signal transmission of the calorimeter and affect the normal operation of the equipment.

Regularly check the ignition system, oxygen bomb and stirring device, and replace the aging parts in time; strictly follow the operating specifications for sample weighing, loading and oxygenation; keep the laboratory temperature and humidity stable, away from electromagnetic interference sources; regularly update the software program, check the data storage and transmission lines.
