In the field of fuel calorific value detection, Baiou Technology has developed a set of high-level and low-level calorific value detection operation processes that meet the needs of the industry, helping enterprises accurately control fuel quality.

Sample pretreatment

After receiving the fuel sample, pretreatment such as drying and grinding is performed to ensure the uniformity of the sample. Solid fuel needs to be ground to a particle size of less than 0.2mm, while liquid fuel is fully stirred and mixed to avoid component stratification affecting the detection results. The sample pretreatment equipment developed by Baiou Technology can efficiently complete this step and lay the foundation for subsequent testing.

Second, high calorific value detection

The pretreated sample is placed into an oxygen bomb calorimeter and completely burned in a high-pressure oxygen environment. By measuring the change of water temperature in the system, the high calorific value including the latent heat of water vapor condensation is calculated. During the detection process, Baiou Technology's equipment will automatically complete the steps of oxygenation, ignition, data collection, etc. The operator only needs to set the parameters.

III. Low calorific value conversion

According to the high calorific value result, combined with the moisture and hydrogen content of the sample, the latent heat of steam vaporization is deducted according to the formula to obtain the low calorific value. Baiou Technology's supporting software has a built-in professional conversion formula, and the result can be automatically generated after entering the relevant data, without manual complicated calculation.

IV. Data output and reporting

After the test is completed, the system automatically generates a test report containing key data such as high and low calorific values, and supports export in PDF, Excel and other formats. Baiou Technology also provides data traceability function, which is convenient for enterprises to check the details of the test process at any time.
