Preparation: Safety and Tools First

Step 1: Remove the external fixing screws

If you look closely around the calorimeter panel, you will find that there are several fixing screws. Use a cross screwdriver to unscrew the screws one by one in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. When operating, the force should be moderate to avoid the screws slipping. The unscrewed screws should be properly placed. It is recommended to sort and store them in small boxes to prevent loss.

Step 2: Separate the panel from the main body

In addition to external screws, some calorimeter panels are also connected to the main body through buckles or cables. For buckle connections, use a one-word screwdriver to gently pry the edge of the buckle to gradually separate the panel from the main body. Pay attention to the uniform force when prying to avoid damage to the buckle. If there is a cable connection, find the cable connection first, gently remove the cable buckle with tweezers, and then slowly pull out the cable. Do not pull hard to avoid damage to the cable.

Step 3: Complete removal of the panel

After removing all fixing screws, separating buckles and cables, gently hold the edge of the panel and remove the panel smoothly from the main body of the calorimeter. During removal, be careful that there may be small parts inside the panel to avoid parts falling.

Step 4: Disassemble the internal components of the panel (operate on demand)

If you need to further disassemble the internal components of the panel, first check the internal fixing structure. Usually there are screws or buckles to fix it. According to the previous method, first unscrew the screws or pry open the buckles, and then gradually separate the components. When disassembling, mark the components for subsequent installation and restoration.

Installation Restore: Reverse step by step

After the disassembly is completed, if you need to install and restore, follow the reverse steps of disassembly. Connect the cable first, buckle it, and then tighten the external screws to ensure that the components are installed in place and the panel is tightly connected to the main body. After installation, connect the power supply and check whether the function of the calorimeter is normal.
