Without permission, you cannot enter the core settings interface; the second step is to accurately enter the parameter setting module, find the "System Settings" or "Parameter Calibration" option on the main interface, and click to enter, and locate the "Hot Melt Parameters" section in the submenu. III. Specific modification and calibration process of hot melt parameters

This step is the core operation and requires strict follow-up to ensure accuracy. First enter the standard hot melt value. After entering the hot melt parameter interface, put the standard hot melt substance into the calorimeter detection compartment. Fill in the standard hot melt value of the substance in the parameter input column to ensure that the value matches the calibration substance exactly and avoid input errors. Secondly, start the calibration procedure and click the "Start Calibration" button. The instrument will automatically detect and compare the actual detected value with the standard value. Do not open the detection compartment or interrupt the operation during this process to prevent data disorder. Finally, confirm and save the parameters. After the calibration is completed, the interface will display the calibration result. If the error is within the allowable range, click the "Save" button, and the new hot melt parameter will officially take effect. If the error is too large, you need to re-check the calibration substance and operation steps before calibrating again.



IV. Revised verification and precautions

After the parameter modification is completed, follow-up verification and standardization operations are required. Verification test is performed first. After saving the parameters, samples with known hot melt values are selected for testing, and the test results are compared with the standard values to confirm that the modified parameters are stable and reliable. Pay attention to the operating specifications. If the instrument reports an error during the modification process, the operation should be stopped immediately. Check the problem with reference to the fault code. Do not blindly force the operation to avoid damage to the core components of the instrument. In addition, it is recommended to regularly calibrate the hot melt parameters to ensure that the instrument maintains an accurate detection state for a long time and ensures the accuracy of the experimental data.
