Press card operation: follow the standard steps

1. Place the sample: Place the sample to be tested properly in the designated card slot of the calorimeter, and pay attention to the smooth and centered placement of the sample to prevent deviation during the pressing process.

2. Alignment position: Pick up the card pressing tool and precisely align the card pressing part above the card slot to ensure that the tool matches the card slot exactly to avoid the card pressing being not strong due to position deviation.

3. Smooth pressure: Apply pressure downward at a uniform and stable speed until the card pressing tool fits tightly with the sample, and a slight "click" sound is heard, indicating that the card is in place. During the pressure process, the force should be moderate and not too violent to prevent damage to the instrument or sample.

Check and confirm: ensure that the quality of the pressure card meets the standard

After the pressing card is completed, carefully check whether the pressing card is firm. Gently shake the pressing card part to observe whether the sample is loose. If the sample is found to be loose, the pressing operation needs to be re-performed. At the same time, check the instrument display screen to confirm that the parameters are normal, laying a good foundation for the follow-up calorimetric detection work.

Notes: Avoid operational risks

When operating, be sure to strictly follow the operation instructions of the calorimeter, and do not change the operation process at will. Regularly maintain and calibrate the card pressing tool to ensure its stable performance. If you encounter abnormal conditions during operation, you should immediately stop the operation and check the problem before continuing to ensure safe and standardized operation.
