First, necessary preparations before operation

Before launching the water discharge operation, it is necessary to cut off the power supply of the calorimeter to avoid safety hazards caused by the charging of the equipment; at the same time, close the water inlet valve to prevent the continuous injection of water during the water discharge process. In addition, prepare a clean rag for wiping the residual moisture on the surface of the equipment to keep the operation area dry and tidy.



Second, the core steps of accurate water release

1. Positioning the water outlet: The water outlet of the calorimeter is usually located on the bottom side of the device, and some models will be clearly marked. After carefully confirming the location, slowly open the water valve.

2. Control the flow rate of water release: When releasing water, it is necessary to slowly adjust the valve opening to avoid the impact of excessive water flow on the internal components of the equipment, and at the same time, it is convenient to observe the water level decline in real time to prevent water waste.

3. Confirm that the water discharge is completed: When the water level drops to the lowest scale and no liquid continues to flow out, the water discharge valve can be closed to complete the water discharge operation.

III. Key inspections after water release

After the water discharge is completed, it is necessary to check whether the water discharge valve is completely closed to avoid water leakage problems; at the same time, wipe the residual moisture on the surface of the equipment and around the water discharge port with a rag to prevent the equipment from being damp and rusting. If the calorimeter needs to be used again later, it is necessary to confirm that the internal water level meets the experimental requirements, and then turn on the power supply to start the equipment.
