Preparation before ignition of calorimeter

3. Set ignition parameters: According to the nature of the sample and experimental requirements, set appropriate ignition parameters on the operation interface of the calorimeter, including ignition voltage, ignition time, etc. The ignition parameters required for different samples may be different, and it is necessary to refer to the instrument manual for accurate setting.

4. Start the ignition procedure: After confirming that the preparations are correct, press the start button of the calorimeter to start the ignition procedure. At this time, pay close attention to the running status of the instrument and observe whether the ignition wire is heating the ignition sample normally. If the ignition fails, the program should be stopped immediately, the cause should be checked, and the operation should be resumed.

Precautions after ignition

After the ignition is completed, do not rush to turn on the calorimeter, but wait for the instrument to automatically complete the subsequent measurement and data processing process. After the measurement is completed, close the instrument according to the operation process, clean the experimental site, and keep the experimental data properly. At the same time, clean and maintain the calorimeter to prepare for the next experiment.
