1. The power supply of the ash melting point furnace body should be turned on again at the beginning of the experiment, and should be turned off in time after the experiment to avoid damage to the heating elements of the furnace body.
The graphics resolution of the computer should be set to 640 x 480, and the image should be set to 16 bits.
3. The computer's screen saver should be turned off.
4. The computer's monitor power management should be turned off.
5. The instrument must be well grounded.
6. When installing or disassembling the furnace, be careful not to damage the silicon carbon tube or subject the furnace body to strong vibration.
7. Maximum operating current should not exceed 30A.
8. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, and substances with high moisture content should not be handled in the furnace.
9. It is strictly forbidden to introduce chlorine into the furnace, and do not use high sulfur content when using anthracite to control the gas composition.
10. When installing the furnace, pay attention to the fact that there is a certain gap between the silicon carbon tube and the inner and outer tubes of corundum. Because in the determination of the fusibility of coal ash, CO is generated in the furnace, and silicon carbide will be oxidized according to the reaction of SiC + 1.5O2 = SiO2 + CO to generate CO2 when oxygen is insufficient. These CO will occur when the oxidizing gas is insufficient: 2CO = CO2 + C reacts to precipitate carbon. If the precipitated carbon is deposited in the gap of the threaded band of the silicon carbon tube, it will form a short circuit and burn out the voltage regulator. Therefore, an appropriate gap should be left between the silicon carbon tube and the corundum and the outer tube to keep a small amount of air around the silicon carbon tube to burn off the precipitated carbon and prevent local overheating.
11. There are exposed high-voltage wires on the back of the instrument, please do not touch them. When the instrument is moved, the power must be cut off first.
